Agricultural estate with mountain views in the heart of the Serra de São Mamede Natural Park, located in the Lourenço valley. The Arronches stream runs through the property for approximately 300 meters. It does not dry up in the summer, creates small waterfalls in some areas, and brings a sense of tranquility that is rarely found. The sound of the stream can be heard throughout the property, including from the houses on the estate.

There is an 84 m² house by the stream with an old mill that once used the streams water to operate. The trees surrounding the mill and the stream are lush and green, creating a cool microclimate even during the peak of summer.
