4 - Non-impermeabilized surface equal to or greater than 30% of the lot

5 - Maximum height: 7m (except in special cases, justified by the nature of the activity)

6 - Building setbacks:

a) To the side boundaries - half the height of the building and never less than 3m, in isolated buildings;

b) To the back - half the height and never less than 5m, in isolated buildings;

Regarding the street, the setback must be greater than or equal to 7m, including an adjacent public parking strip, except for the access strip provided, which cannot occupy more than 25% of the front of the parcel or lot.
