Quinta de Monsanto da Beira has a total area of 20.054 sqm. It has a very old rectangular house, built entirely from local granite, which has been structurally restored to 243 sqm and consists of five rooms (living rooms, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom). The floors and bathroom have yet to be finished. It has an artesian borehole of 104 cubic metres, and a septic tank is under construction.
