This property has unique characteristics regarding its excellent location.

Quinta das Mouras, with about 16 hectares of flat surface, is located in the heart of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, 1 km from Faro International Airport, 1 km from the University of Algarve, and 6 km from the city of Faro, capital of the Algarve Region.
The property has 694.00 m² of construction implementation area; 478.00 m² allocated to housing and the remaining 216.00 m² allocated to warehouses and industrial activity.

It communicates through a channel with the Ria Formosa, which separates it from the Island of Faro and gives its name to the Ria Formosa Natural Park.
On the west side it faces the famous Quinta de Ludo, on the east side with another well-known farm called Quinta do Pontal and on the north and south sides with an extensive forest, which constitutes an important hunting reserve and is considered the lung of the city of Faro.
Separating it from the forest, there is a road that largely surrounds it and that, after crossing Quinta do Ludo, connects it to Quinta do Lago, the real darling of the tourist urbanisations of the Algarve and Portugal, frequented and used as a holiday residence by high national and international personalities.
