Building with a rectangular plan implanted parallel to Calçada do Barco (CM626), consisting of several bodies of different volumes and also a wall and portal, forming a band along the road.

The door stands out from the other openings because it has a double lintel. The ground floor is much transformed, with openings having been blocked and a large concrete opening has been opened, for later use, of an industrial nature.

The wall of the farm is extended interrupted by the portal, slightly recessed, in relation to the rest of the wall by means of two curved sections of wall.
The door is in limestone stonework, with a slightly counter-curved lintel and with closing stone in the centre. The rest of the portal is in stone and brick masonry, composed of a large straight lintel topped by a counter-curved crown and on each side, fins with volutes wrapped at the ends.
Framing the portal of the farm, there are traces of white and ochre mural painting with geometric motifs.
It contains a small ground floor building, badly deteriorated by the recent laying of bricks and cement. Along the rear façade there are stone traces of an ancient pergola. Next to the top of this façade, there is a stone irrigation tank and a stone and brick masonry wheel composed of two round arches in limestone masonry, one of which is still intact, separated by a narrow span, also with a perfect round, in masonry.

The Quinta has two articles, one urban with 300m2 and one rustic with 6750m2.
