Quinta da Chamiceira is a rural property located on the outskirts of Alegrete, in the middle of the Natural Park of Serra de São Mamede - Portalegre - Alentejo.

The main house has a large living room at the entrance, with a fireplace and, on the left, in the background, a small staircase with access to a bedroom. In the large room, near the stairs, there is a masonry bench, with the typical openings, under this bench, where the water jugs were placed. The annexes are in half walls, but are separated from the main house; an access door can be easily opened.

Near the house there is a threshing floor, now with majestic shadows, just above the rows of ancient olive trees, which still extend from the house to the lower limit of the land, on the watercourse. As you go up the terrain, among pine trees, eucalyptus trees, some cork oaks, there are delicious corners with a view that opens up over the natural park.

The land is large and allows, for example, the planting of vines, as per adjacent land.

Access to the property is via a dirt road in good condition.
