Francisca Xavier de Sá e Mendonça Cabral da Cunha Godolfim were married parents of Bernardo de Sá Nogueira, the 1st Marquis of Sá da Bandeira, a figure whom Alexandre Herculano described as the most illustrious Portuguese of his century.
