There are pending issues associated with the AUGI. The price reflects the condition of the land, making it an excellent investment in the medium to long term, but there is no set date for resolving the problems present in the urbanisation. Monthly meetings have been held by the urbanisation committee since last year in order to resolve all the pending issues and find an agreement between the owners.
