Land with 21,400 sq.m located in the Alcantarilha area.

The land is flat, with a slight slope, has a ruin with 175 sq.m of area and is at the highest point of the land. Much of the land is made up of bush and some trees, with the potential to build a house up to 300 sq.m.

It is worth mentioning the wonderful open view and facing the well-known Amendoeiras Golf Resort, as well as the mountains. Quiet area with lots of privacy.

The place is easily accessible as it is next to the A22 road and less than 5 minutes from Alcantarilha where you can find everything for your daily life, namely supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, municipal market and other small local shops.

The entire surroundings of this area developed around the production of oranges. Next to the golf course, you can see the wonderful plantations of the most famous orange in Portugal, the Algarvian Orange.

Bordering the golf courses you can probably see one of the largest orange plantations in the Algarve.

It is just 10 minutes from the village of Armação de Pêra, a village that, like other urban centers on the Algarve coast, developed out of a small fishing community.

In Alcantarilha we can enjoy a varied offer of activities with its tourist itinerary and although it is next to the national road 125, it is surprising the stillness and the isolation of the various places, among native trees of the region such as olive and carob trees, the views to the blue of the sky or the sea and the chirping of the birds, in an extremely harmonious environment.

As for economic activity, the economic characterization of Alcantarilha is currently based essentially on the commercial and agricultural sector, namely in citrus, dried fruit and other crops, where citrus plantation, table vines and temporary crops stand out. wheat, corn, among other crops.
