Tapada is a 7.8-hectare property that is part of the Type I Partial Protection Area (APPI) regime and, at the same time, a Specific Intervention Area for the Cultural and Heritage Enhancement of the Cultural Landscape of Sintra.

This large plot consists of a rustic part with 18,136 m2 and an urban part concerning ruins with 1920 m2 to rehabilitate.
The ruins in the urban part may be the subject of a project with housing feasibility, to be presented at CMS.
The land is classified in the Sintra PDM in the class of spaces for extractive industries and there is a feasibility study for the extraction of ornamental stone from the site, which makes it an excellent investment opportunity as well.
