Rustic land with about 730m2, located next to the Chapel of Santa Luzia, in the village of Avanca.

Avanca is one of the 7 parishes of the city of Estarreja, Aveiro district. Land that was born from the farm, was the birthplace of Prof. Dr. Egas Moniz and where today about 6 thousand inhabitants live, in an extension of 21.5km2.
This quiet village is located just a few minutes by car or train from the cities of Ovar, Estarreja, Aveiro and Porto. With good accessibility, it has all the resources of public services and commerce. Industry also plays a major role, since it is the employer of a large part of the population.
Its relevant cultural heritage includes the Egas Moniz House Museum and the Avanca Film Festival, an international competition that, since July 1996, brings together between 15 and 20 thousand people, from about 40 countries, from 5 continents, and whose films have received more than 50 awards in international competitions.
