Isolated Land with 1ha for arable culture, located a few minutes from the village of Barão de São João. The land has easy access, 180º of unobstructed view, little slope, and sheltered by the cork oaks from where the cork is removed.

As the land has been used for grazing its soil is fertile. There is no water, but there is the possibility of being able to drill a hole.

Barão de São João is a quiet rural parish belonging to the municipality of Lagos, in the very touristic region of the Algarve.

The locality is characterized by the quietness of its target colorful bar houses around windows and doors, topped by the typical lacy chimney of the Algarve, heritage of a past of strong Moorish occupation.

Barão de São João maintains some of the glow of yesteryear through its seventeenth-century Mother Church or the National Forest perfect for those who want a direct contact with nature and heritage, offering six walking routes, a pleasant picnic area, a childrens space and a maintenance circuit.
The town is also famous for being located in its domains the pleasant Zoological Park of Lagos.


Lagos is located on the coast of the Algarve, being therefore a city known for the beauty of its golden coast, beaches of crystal clear water that bathe the famous Caves of Ponta de Piedade and for its historical side very connected to the time of the Discoveries.

It is the ideal place for those who like to practice sports such as Tennis or Golf. The water sport here is also very requested, activities such as Water skiing, Sailing, Windsurfing, Underwater fishing and Diving.

Its delicious typical gastronomy, Lagos has a gastronomy full of fresh flavors, including fish and seafood dishes cooked in various ways.
