The land is located in the parish of Raposeira, offering panoramic views, at the highest point overlooking the sea. It has a slight slope. With a total area of 17,840 m2, it is ideal for organic farming activities, with fertile soil and excellent sun exposure. It is located near the village of Hortas de Tabual and on the way to Zavial and Ingrina beaches.

Vila do Bispo is about a 5-minute drive away, where you will find a supermarket, restaurants, a pharmacy, and other services.

Raposeira is a transit town for those seeking more deserted beaches, more surfable waves, wider sands, and a better connection with the wild.

Ingrina Beach has a fairly wide sandbar and a broad shell shape. It is located in a small bay, whose cliffs extend over 200 meters into the sea. It is a good spot for diving. The surrounding area is famous for its megalithic monuments. The ruins of the fort and the Zavial Battery can be seen at the springs, at the top of the cliff.

Zavial Beach has a very extensive sandy beach that widens to the west, near its entrance. It is located at the mouth of a wide valley where the Outeiros Stream flows. On the cliff, a short distance to the west, are the ruins of the fort and the Zavial Battery, dating back to the 17th century. Beach use and naturalist custom.
