This is an area with a lot of business activity, fully infrastructured and with good access.
The Águeda Park is composed of 8 warehouses in band (fractions of A-H) existing a patio area of
exclusive use for each warehouse.
The warehouses feature a sturdy metal structure, reinforced concrete brick masonry, rear and front facades in sheet metal and double sheet roof with insulation.
Each fraction has the same configuration, with double ceiling R/C, which is divided between the space
of warehouse and a space corresponding to the wcs and administrative area with an IS (1st floor).
